A one of a kind authentic Caribbean experience. The island of Roatan is located off the north coast of Honduras and is home to pristine long white sandy beaches and the Mesoamerican barrier reef. Roatan is world-renowned for snorkeling and scuba diving, due to the high visibility of the warm crystal clear waters and lively marine life.


The Caribbean's best-kept secret. Beautiful weather, lots of sunshine with annual temperatures high of 89.6°F (32°C) and lows of 77°F (25°C). Roatan is friendly, authentic, tranquil, laid-back yet never dull. Adding to its tropical charm you will find Spanish, Garifuna, and Caribbean English speakers on this vibrant and multicultural island.


Located on the northwest side of the island you will find our favorite area the "West End". An authentic, laid-back village that stretches along two sandy beaches. Dotted with palm trees, there are no high-rise buildings or chain stores here! Take a stroll down "the strip" you will see the street lined with quaint stores, dozens of restaurants, bars, and dive shops. A moderate 45minute walk down the beach from Aire Agua is the resort and beach area known as West Bay. Here you will find a stunning white beach lined with resorts, hotels, and restaurants. We recommend taking a water taxi as a fun way to shuttle between them. It's an enjoyable and short 10 minutes boat ride along the stunning coast for only a few dollars per person.

Snorkeling



Hop in the water at the Villa and find lively shallow reef and sea grass sites perfect for snorkeling. Caribbean Sea Octopus, Stingrays, Lobster are just some of the sea life that can regularly be seen from the Villas.



Beaches



Enjoy your own small private sandy beach on the property or only just a few steps away you can wade into the calm waters of Halfmoon Bay. The Famous white sands of West Bay beach is a 30minute walk or quick water taxi.



Restaurants



There are dozens of restaurants and bars within a five minute walking radius of the Villa, One of our favorites Ginger's is less then a minute away. Want to stay in? Get tasty meals delivered right to your door!



Scuba Diving



Roatan is world famous for it's crystal clears waters and lively dive sites. You can choose from several top notch dives centers including one of our neighbours Roatan Divers.



Shopping



You can find just about anything you might need in the colorful shops of the West Ends. For your convenience there are grocery, liquor, local handmade craft, gift, furniture and clothing stores.



Saltwater Pool



Pherhaps getting into the sea isn't your thing, not to worry our infinity pool with incredible views is always available if you need to cool off from the heat of the afternoon sun.



Privacy



If you are after some privacy, Aire Aqua is the perfect place to hide out and simply unwind. No beach vendors or foot traffic here. The only distraction is watching the boats cruise on by.



Nightlife



Roatan offers many different options for nightlife. The casual local pubs are a great spot to make friends, enjoy some life music or if dancing is more your thing hit up one of the popular nightclubs.
